Mulching Machine for Garden Cuttings

I need some advice on mulching or the method to get this accomplished.

Previously, I used an electric mulching/chipping machine that jams up far to often and does not have the power to accomplish the following tasks. The fiber in large leaves and other garden cuttings jams up the machine.

Mulch leaves in volume
Mulch corn stalks
Mulch garden cuttings
Mulch ornamental grass cuttings

This to be placed in compost pile and also amend soils.

I do not need to chip wood or branches

Is there a machine out there that has the power and is designed to mulch garden materials such as corn stalks and such?

Any help will be appreciated.
