Picked up a Dixie Chopper Zee 2

DC Magnum's run an extra $650. They have the 3400 hydro's and a roll bar, still under $5000. Gravely and Toro were the only other mowers I could find in this price range with Kaw engine fab. deck and at least 2800 hydro's I didn't feel I needed anything heavier because, I only use my Zee 2 for trimming. The L3650 Kubota with a six foot Woods finish mower is my primary mowing machine. Zero turns are just toys compared to the K and W team. I have just under ten acres to mow. Takes about three to four hours to get it done.

Depends on what zero turn you have.
I got a commercial duty (Hustler Super Z) zero turn this year.
35 HP Kawasaki with a 72".
It is certainly no toy. The thing with flat out mow.
13 MPH mowing speed.
It easily out mows my 35 HP tractor with a 7' finish mower,
