I'm looking for a new riding mower to replace current one. It's for my 70+ mother and she says she want's power steering. The only one I've found is the TG models of Kubota, low end of kubota's mowers, but still out of my price range.

Is there anyone else that makes one. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

And she is not interested in a Z-turn.

Ronnie,

Probably one of the most reasonable LGT's with power steering would be the John Deere GX 255. Real world pricing on one of those would be in the 5200-5700 range (as of four months ago) if the dealer sharpens his;her pencil. It is a good mower and offers a lot of features for the money. Worth checking out.

Simplicity's Prestige has power steering and power implement lift. It's also sold under the Snapper, Agco, and Massey-Ferguson brand names.

Ronnie, a cub cadet 3100 can be had with a 44" or 50" mowing deck for under $5K. P-steering, shaft drive, the only belt is the one on the deck.
G/luck
