Anyone have an AC HD5?
I'm awaiting bids for uship(CT to TN) to get my grandfather's last dozer he bought for his company in 1955. I've operated it on and off since I was 7...I'm 45 now. My father is getting older and cannot work with it much "safely" anymore and it's time for it to be passed to me. If you any of you have experience with parts etc...for this machine I'd really like any leads. It only has about 3k hours on it and runs like a top. Tracks/undercarriage like new. There are a few things I'll need to do like a new seat, generator, track adjustor and full fluid/filter changes. I'm hoping once I finish using it a little bit to grade up around my new house I will make a project out of it and completely restore it.

It always nice to see equipment passed down through generations. For the generator bring it to the local auto elect shop. They can rebuild it for $50.
