    Default Looking for Porsche tractor starter

    Looking for Porsche three cylinder (1960, standard, model 318) diesel tractor 12 volt starter. The old one is so broken, it's not rebuildable. Numbers on old starter read: Bosch, EJD 1.8/12 R42. I can not find one. Thanks to anyone who can help.

    Check some tractor salvage yards. A Bosch starter should be fairly easy to find.
