I'm trying to find some attachments on Crais List and have not been having any luck. I'm looking for a box blade, landscape rake, and cultivator. Has anybody had much luck in putting out a 'wanting to buy' add?
Sold  my 8 ft back blade and bought  my 6 ft box blade on Craigslist.
Putting out a 'wanting to buy' ad can work. Up our way there are 3 internet sites for buying/selling things. Craigslist is not the only game in town.
I see implements all the time here on CL in the farm and ranch section. I don't know where your from, maybe that has something to do with it. Quite a few farmer "types" around Dallas Ft. Worth.
I have had good luck doing as Eddie suggested also, I even search in Southern Oklahoma since it's not to far.
allows you to search by distance from your zip code. and either list things by individual CL cities, or show everything in a single list.
i have found that, not everyone knows what to name things, so it was easier for me to just look through the listings in a single webpage, and just take a glance at the pictures.
a tip. don't enter anything in the "search box" just leave it blank. to see entire listings from say "farm&garden" from multiple cities.
looking for a used 4 feet 3pt box blade, myself.

also the following (removed www. so TBN wouldn't obscure the names)
We have had EXCELLANT success using CL locally, but we are careful to search outside of our specific area (East Texas) as some people only advertise in the "metropolitan" areas of CL (DFW for us) even though the items are 2 hours from Dallas!?!?
I have absolutely no problem finding implements I want on CL
but only and I mean ONLY if I don't have the cash to buy them
I have seen some fantastic deals in the last few weeks.
But we just don't have the money for anything right now.
When we do have the money I'll be lucky to even find the
farm and garden section of CL.
problem with craigs list ..... i just sold my old horse trailer on craigs list this week. i pulled the ad, but i found its back up. with someone elses phone number. its a dam* scammer trying to rip off some poor unsuspecting person.
be real careful of things that seem too good to be true. theres a 2008 Kioti DK35HST on there for $4,800...ya, thats legit.
There's a 4ft landscape rake on the Chattanooga TN CL for $275.
There was a boom pole last week for $50.
Saw a couple of box blades recently and I think a scraper blade.
There's a disk harrow, another landscape rake, and a chisel plow.
Found a side delivery hay rake for $300.
Another disk harrow, 7ft, $350. An 8 wheel hay rake, $1700
6 foot box blade, $600. FEL for a ford tractor, $2000.
5ft scrape blade, $250. Several nice deals on tractors.
