Good morning! I wish we were past the worst heat but it won't be for at least another 3 weeks.
80 now heading to 103.
40 run miles down, 60 to go in 18 more days. No cramps, no injuries, looks possible now. Of course little else is getting done in this heat, I'm using the best outdoor time of the day for cardio running. The projects can wait.

Wedge is that a heart scan? If it is, take the results seriously. I thought I did, but I did not know what SERIOUSLY was. I know now.

Nice out there, but raining again. I'm thinking I'm in a rain forest lately. Going to look for my neighbor's dog. I fear the worst. He can't get around much, so I am going to spend a couple hours out there with my dogs.

Thanks for everyone's concern. No not a heart scan. I have an ICD for that. Take a moment and google it. AND from 10 years old through now, I've had 3 kidney transplant, gallbladder removed, cataracts taken out, lens implanted, one partial hip replacement and various other trivial surgeries. LOL CT is to look at my head, well actually my sinus cavities. If they were looking at my head, it'd be a waste, cause I've been told it's empty many time.
