Have learnt a lot from reading this forum, particularly regarding PTO speeds.

Other than needing a service manual, that I now know doesn't exist, I would appreciate some information on Pressures for both front and rear tyres:

Rear: 9.5 - 22 R1 6ply

Front: 6 - 12 4 ply

Many thanks

I just fill mine up until they no longer look flat. Lower pressures mean more traction, higher pressures carry more weight.

Eugene many thanks for that, I will do as you suggest. Have only had the Hino for a few days as a replacement for my poor old abused Massey 1030 so I guess I'm being a little over the top with everything 'Hino' at the moment.

I have taken photographs of a few of the instruction labels stuck on various parts of the Hino and will try to find someone to translate from the Japanese into English.

Let me know if you get any translated. I took pictures of mine into the local Japanese restaurant to get translated and they said "we can't read that, we're Chinese!"

I run my tires at 15lbs. BTW that old MF1030 was a Hinomoto...

Hi Bruce, I did what Eugene suggested and ended up at 16 psi!
