I *may* have ran he tank dry recently on my Hinomoto tractor. Filled it up with diesel but now it won't start. It cranks really good (battery is good, always on tender). I figure i should try bleeding it first before trying to troubleshoot what might be wrong with it. It has got to be fuel related.

Any ideas on an effective bleed process for this tractor?

Thanx.

I am not familiar with that brand of tractor but on most you just need to follow the fuel from the tank and wherever you see a screw head or bolt head from the top of the filter to the injector open them up just enough to purge any air or bubbles until straight fuel runs out, then snug back closed. Most tractors I have messed with over the years have a purge at the top of the filter/bowl and at the injector but one Satoh my neighbor owned had four places to bleed. Just look real close and they are generally obvious.
