The seller on eBay said his 14 hour machine was NOT grey market and was just a low hour unit - sounds fishy to me.

Can't say that one is or isn't, but can say this...way back around 1998 or 99 we were offered some very nice looking Daedong machines by an exporter. Price was good, figured we could easily move them, but before we bought we did our homework and learned the parts have little if any correspondence with Kioti parts or models (at least at that time), making them essentially orphans in the US. We passed.

I saw that. I buy from this guy from time to time. I'm gonna keep an eye on this one. It does resemble a Kioti.

Where did he say it was not Gray market? It must be cuz it aint a KIOTI! Still it went for under 11k so that is alot of tractor for the money.....

Tis a grey of course.
Has a grey loader on it even.
It doesn't has a 4cyl engine either unless they sell a "detuned" 40 to other markets as a 35.
Some of the grey daedongs didn't have overrunning clutches on the PTO.
I have seen this same tractor sell on ebay before.........Same pictures anyway.
I suppose it isn't a bad deal but you can find a genuine KIOTI for not much more than that price.
New with a warranty or used with dealer support.
Or a grey with neither........
