Does anyone know if this unit, Iseki TX2160, is considered an "orphan" partwise?
There is one for sale locally and I was thinking of looking at it. I just don't want something that has terrible parts availability.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

A simple Google search will give you a quick answer. Compare the results to the same search for a Yanmar YM2210, which has great parts availability. Most of the websites I brought up for that tractor were non-USA.

Also ask yourself why most of the older established grey market dealers don't handle Iseki, and the few that do limit themselves to some very specific models. Our answer is simply parts. We won't sell something if we can't reasonably support most of the likely wear and tear parts.

Thanks,
You may be right. I don't need a second tractor, but it could be fun.
I'll post in the Iseki forum and see if there is any more info.

It is a Bolens H174. 17 hp , hydrostatic, 4WD. It is not a Japanese model. i can supply most parts & manuals for it.
