I am in pretty hard red clay and the cultivating tines are clawing pretty slowly.
I ordered the digging tines and hope they are better. I am wondering can you just run half the tines to be more aggressive cutting or maybe to dig out a narrow trench for border?
What are some tips to help it dig. Do you like to rock it side to side it sawing into the ground with one side at a time? Or do you let it walk forward then drag it backwards only lightly biting the soil each pass?
