Z4822 Battery Hooked up backwards
My neighbor hooked up a new battery backwards for about 30 seconds, no smoke, no spark no nothing. He realized it and fixed it, but now it won't start (won't even crank over). The battery is still good, replaced the starter solenoid, verified the seat safety switch was still working, hour meter is on. Can anyone look at the wiring diagram for this model and tell me if I am missing something else?

Re: Z4822 Battery Hooked up backwards
First things first... check all fuses and fusible links.. can't help with any diagrams.. but the basics will help. Main connections, fuses, relays, solenoids all need to be tested.. check for power and ground at starter, check for trigger signal at solenoid/starter.
Hopefully all he did was fry something cheap.
