Default hydraulic pump size

I have a 1980 Kubota L245DT with FEL. Hydraulic pump is mounted off front shaft of engine and is made by Webster. There is no tag or model # on pump. Key sheared and ruined shaft. Can anyone give me an idea of pump size so that I can replace w/o OEM thru Kubota?

Does the pump also provide flow for the power steering? If not, a simple
pump that delivers 6 or 7 GPM at 2000 psi would be about right. Since
pumps are sold specced as a volume per revolution, calculate what you
need for that flow at the full engine RPM (prob 2600).

I don't know your tractor, but later Ls used a dual pump on the same
shaft for the PS and implement flow. If your machine does that, it will
be more complicated.

Is the pump ran off the crank or the side of the engine. If it is self contained and only runs the loader, any pump of the same size will do. I wouldn't worry about going through Kubota, just be another price increase. Bring up webster pumps and match it.
