Default spool valve for Mahindra 5525

I'm looking to fit my 5525 tractor with a valve like Flusher's shown on the photos, I take it this would be an OC valve with power beyond and I would want to use double acting cylinders, which detent would I need...spring to center? How would this be plumbed to the tractor with a front end loader? The loader is operated through a Nimco Controls (maybe a CV112) valve and has the self leveling/floating feature with seven ports.

That is a nice setup that Dave's installed on that tractor.

Yes, you would use a spring to center detent and if you would like a float detent is sometimes nice. As for the plumbing the original w/loader has pressure from the pump to the loader valve, and the loader valve PBY pressurizes the 3PH valve. You would remove the pressure to the 3PH and divert it feed your remote valve block, and then feed your 3PH from the PBY on your remote valve block. Your return line on your remote valve can be T'ed into the return line from the loader valve. I hope this is helpful and good luck with it.

Galen,

That makes it a little more clear to understand, and I really appreciate your reply. As this tractor is brand spankin' new, and I have never had a 3PH tractor, (all antiques) the 3PH pressure line is the one going to the rear of the tractor near the PTO? I think I am going to source out the valve at a local shop, and do the sheetmetal myself.

Thanks again,
Mark
