Since the owners manual does not tell me, does the hydraulic fluid need to be warm or cold to check it? Also does the tractor need to be running or turned off ? thanks zman

Hot and cold will make little difference and engine running or not will make no difference .
Warm the engine, and turn engine off and check when warm.
When I had my B7100 I did as J_J said...times it was hard to see clear hydraulic fluid level on shinny dip stick tho.
Thanks guys, I appreciate it. It seems as though they would tell how its supposed to be done in the manual. zman
