Parker H series pump question
I picked up a Parker H series pump for a project. It has a built-in relief valve and flow divider. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this model? If I read the spec.'s correctly, I believe I can leave the secondary port and relief port blocked if not needed? *NOTE: ''D'' Circuit: Relief valve flow and flow divider secondary flow return to pump inlet internally - primarily used in ''on-road'' equipment power steering.
I am not familiar with this style pump and don't want to blow it apart.Mahindra 3215HST

Re: Parker H series pump question
Do not block the secondary port unless there is an internal passage between this port and the pump inlet. Blocking this port with no internal connection will destroy the pump.

Re: Parker H series pump question
That was my concern and wanted a 'double check' on the Note "D", which indicates that it does return to inlet internally.
