I built it out of scrap metal

3/8 x 4 x 4" angle

1/4 x 1.5 x 24" flat bar

1/8 x 3 x 96" tubing

1/4" mounting and lifting points

1/4" chain to bucket

All welded with 7018

It can safely hold 800-1000 lbs at the lowest lug and 250 at the top lug

200 lbs of steel rigged at 9.5 ft from bucket pivot with the boom at a 45 degree angle. This is equivalent to 950 lbs at the pivot.

At this height I could not lift, only curl.

Here's me as the counterweight. The rear end was very light

I know. I had a case 580 fill my pickup bed in two half scoops and my tractor took about 8 full buckets to unload it :-(

Swick1 I'm looking to adapt a power angle snow plow onto my 2320 with 200CX loader. This Solenoid looks like the way to go to get hydraulics diverted to the power angle cylinder. Is it a 2 way pressure valve? If so I could just divert the bucket curl/dump fluid when needed to change the angle of the blade. That would work great. Or any other advice you may have.

I had the Jd dealer cut the curl hose after I mounted the valve to the loader. They put new ends on it where they cut and hooked it up for me. I installed the two remote hoses myself. I made them out of repair fittings from discount hydraulics.com. they are frontier style disconnects but I would do flat face next time. Jd dealer had the covers for the hydraulic quick disconnects. I installed a foot pedal to switch between controlling bucket curl and the grapple. It works well but I had to make my own bracket to hold the switch. I love my diverter setup. I want to make some more implements that use the hydraulics like a stump puller and a shear / jaw crusher.
