A couple of weeks ago I purchased some Rhino Magnum 15 batwing mowers. They had been sitting for some time, and there was some rust and pitting on the exposed wing cylinders. I tried to sand/polish them, but they just had too much pitting, and now they are not holding their position any more.

Looking at the Rhino specs, it says they are a 3x14" with 1.25" shaft. All of my lines are setup for 1/2NPT ports.

I found what appears to be a good replacement cylinder at Surplus Center.
Surplus Center - 3X14X1.25 DA HYD CYL W300140

Is there a better source, or possibly a better cylinder that I need to be looking at?

Thanks,
Chris

I like baileys also for cylinders.

Here is a list of all of their 3x14 cylinders Standard Hydraulic Cylinders

Just double check the lenghts as JJ mentioned, and also make sure the pins are the same diameter.

What type of cylinder is on there now? There are basically only two types, tie-rod and welded. But make sure the ends are the same too, those there are many choices of. IE: Cross-tube, clevis, yoke, etc. Just match it up but you wont find anything much cheaper than baileys.
