Kubota BX25 loud squealing after using hydraulics for 25 mins need help

Brand new BX25 and after mowing or using the hydraulics for the three point for 20-30 minutes when I raise the hydraulics lets out a high pinch squeal whether I raise it fast or slow. Dealer picked up tractor last week and then brought it back Monday and said it was good to go until last night when I was mowing and sure as a fat tick loves a lazy dog after 30 mins started doing it again. Dealer seems to not have any idea on what it is but they aren't the ones that has to listen to it on a daily basis cuz it is quite aggravating when u have to listen to it for hours on end. Anyone have any ideas of what the issue is and what I can tell the dealer to fix? Thanks. Devan

Install a pressure gage in the hyd system and tell us the pressure you read in whatever mode.

High pitch squeal could be a relief going off.

Describe what you were doing when you heard the squeal.

Do you hear the squeal with all levers in neutral.

Is the 3pt lever in the raise position? If it is, lower the lever a little.

Here is the thing it only squeals after i work the tractor for a good 30 mins and then when I move the hydraulics to the raise position it will squeal every time and i don't even have the the lower links connected to the 3 pt hitch they r on the hangers cuz i am using the mid mount mower. So i will hear nothing but once I hit about 30 mins it will start and then it will do it every time until the tractor gets shut off and cools down. And if i lower the lever it make it worse if i hold the lever all the way to the raise position it will stop until its raised all the way up and then will start squealing.

Take it back to the dealer and have them run it for the required time to make it make the noise. Have you checked the little valve under the seat that limits the fall rate on the 3 pH, If tightened fully it will shut in the system and make it squeal when the lift lever is moved. Turn it a few rounds counter-clockwise or to the position for faster drop and try that.

IMHO and

On the BX --- there are two sources where the noise could be from. One is the power beyond hose is not seated all the way. pull top pins from BH subframe and pivot down and shut off the machine. reseat the hoses connection, all 3. chances are the relief keeps kicking in due to heat expansion pushing more on the loose disconnects coupling.
The second source is as the HST fluid warms up if it using UDT instead of SUDT(2), the noise is much more pronouced through the ROPS on the BX. To confirm - remove the upper rops, warm up the tractor on flat ground due to ROPS removed liability, see if noise is gone. If so then get a can of expanded foam from local hardware store and fill the insides of rops bar. Oh - switch the fluids to SUDT2 at your next scheduled HST oil change...

This was my first post and I can't thank everyone enough for all the help and I've tried a few of the recommendations and after trying quite a few things the dealer is taking a ride up to my house tomorrow to see it in action. So more to come on to what it could be or what the two of us combined can eliminate as to the source.

Well after doin some brainstorming decided to pull the hydraulic strainer for shits and grins and drain some fluid to see what it looked like and to replace with SUDT. Upon pulling the strainer had a big glob of what looked like sealant so cleaned strainer and drained fluid. Well after replacing the fluid it runs normal and haven't had a problem since. Dealer stopped by to take a look but had already changed everything but knowing that my dealer is willing to drive 45 mins to my house is reassuring.

I'd be concerned what is that glob is. I never had anything close to it in my system esp at first 50 hr change.

I asked the dealer bout it and he said that instead of gaskets they use sealant and that it could he possible that some ended up there. And I also asked bout what fluid they use cuz I put the SUDT fluid in and maybe there was a chance that it got filled with udt. So it could have been a combination of the two or one of em but whatever caused it is no longer there.
