could someone help me, I have a 3320 JD with mid scvs can I run a hydraulic top link off these,

Yes you can, just run long hoses to the rear.

BUT: Why not get the 3rd SCV kit? You already have the valve, the kit includes the WD's, hardlines, lever, brackets and hardware to control it.
