Looking at getting a 340A and i want to know how it will handle my 20 ton splitter. I'd like at least 9 gpm but can't determine what the flow out of the rear remotes would be. This tractor has a loader, no hoe.

Hydraulics:
Type: open center
Capacity: 8.5 gal [32.2 L]
12.1 gal [45.8 L] (independent PTO)
11 gal [41.6 L] (loader)
18 gal [68.1 L] (backhoe)
Pressure: 2500 psi [172.4 bar]
Valve flow: 5.6 gpm [21.2 lpm]
8 gpm [30.3 lpm] (independent PTO)
22.5 gpm [85.2 lpm] (loader/backhoe)
Steering flow: 5.5 gpm [20.8 lpm]
Steering cap.: 4.6 gal [17.4 L]

It says valve flow of 5.6 gal for something, maybe the steering

The loader/BH will work off the 22.5 GPM implement flow.

Plenty of flow. The log splitter valve should be able to work as high as 25 GPM flow rate.
