JJ or anyone. Please help. Still trying to add valve to B 3200
The Cessna valve I bought does not have PB.
It has IN: which I feed from the PB on the loader valve.
Out: Which I ran back to tank.
This got the Cessna valve working on two quick disconnect remotes.
Now 3 point still not working, teed the PB line from loader valve to in on Cessna & to the 3 point.
It would raise the 3 point only with the Cessna valve doing it, not the Kubota 3 PT. control on tractor fender.
I hope that this is understandable.
I added a pic, can someone tell me what 7 & 8 goes to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, been at this for a while as JJ can attest, plus couple hundred $ in parts.
Thank Guy

#7 is the input to the loader valve.

#8 is the relief valve.

Two small hex plugs in the center are the load checks.

If you want to use that valve, you can not tee any hoses except the tank hoses.

Since the first valve has PB, you run that line to the IN port of the new valve, the return/OUT port will go to the 3pt port, and you will have 3pt operation.

Now comes the problem. Most tank ports should go directly to tank because of the back pressure rating.

You might get away with it this way for a while, but be aware that valve is not designed to have high pressure on the OUT port.

To add a margin of safety, I would install a check valve in the OUT port of the new valve, so no back pressure will appear when the 3pt goes into relief.

All valves in an open center hyd system should have PB except the last valve in the circuit which does not need one.

Recommend you sell that Cessna valve or use it on another project and get one that will have PB.

I was going to use a 12 volt winch to raise it.
To make the mounting plate, buy winch, etc. would be more expensive.
Found the Kubota quick disconnects I need to use the hydro to raise.
Now, which hose do I disconnect on the loader to plug in the mower.
Someone told me to use the 1 with float, which would be the down on the loader.
Is he right ? If not which 1 do I use.
It is the Kubota FEL valve. 4 Colors etc.
Thanks for your time.

That would probably work, but with no lift fluid on the lift arms they would descend and the bucket would be on the ground unless you block off the flow and keep the bucket up while you are using the sickle bar mower.

How about something like this.

Single action spool valves. Pull back on the lever to raise and push down to lower.

When I works, I works hard. When I sits and thinks, I goes to sleep.

Git er done.

Refresh my memory here.

If I remember right, you were going to run the OUT from the Cessna valve to tank and not worry about the 3pt.

So tell me again what you are trying to do.

It had to do with an SA cyl,and I can't remember the rest.

What is the Cessna valve for?

Do you need the 3pt in the circuit.

But anyway you look at it, most OUT port go to tank, and if that valve is the last valve in the hyd circuit, then it is OK.

If the flow has to go through the 3pt, let me know.

Post the link for that Cessna valve.

2 SPOOL 10 GPM CESSNA 31512 OC SA VALVE

Ok here we go, I think. lol
Have the B 3200 with loader
Bought a Ferboli sickle bar mower with single hosed cyclinder to raise the bar
I bought the Cessna valve
Worked to build the mounting & handles, couple weeks, heh I'm slow LOL
Plumbed it: PB on loader valve #5, to in port of Cessna valve
Return to tank # 6, to out on Cessna valve
Teed PB from loader valve # 5, to in port on Cessna & to the 3 point connection on tractor
3 point would only work when the Kubota lever on fender was in the up position
and I used the Cessna lever. Worked but would not hold 3 point up
Yes I would like the Cessna to raise the sickle bar & for the 3 point to work also
Yes I would think the Cessna would have to be the last thing to get fluid
Probably after the 3 point
I posted the valve page above.
JJ sorry about the confusion, I'm a newbie on this hydro stuff.
Thank You for your time & tutoring, I do appreciate it.

This part is not correct. Teed PB from loader valve # 5, to in port on Cessna & to the 3 point connection on tractor.

You can not tee any pressure lines, as the fluid will flow to the least resistance.

The 3pt is the last valve in the hyd system.

The Cessna valve can be the last valve in the system and dump into tank if you don't need the 3pt.

You can take the chance of running the Cessna OUT port to the 3pt, and things will work.

If you do it that way, add a check valve between the Cessna and the 3pt.
