How should attachments be positioned in order to get a correct hydraulic reading in the transmission/hydraulic tank? I'm under the impression that all cylinders should be collapsed (Pistons not showing). Is this correct?

Thanks,

Jim

Fluid warm all cyl at rest on the ground.

There are slight differences in volume from extended cyl and retracted cyl.

2 in bore
1 in rod

22 in stroke.

each cyl.

volume extended=0.2991993003333333 gal

volume retracted=0.22439947525 gal

4 in bore

2 in rod 24 in stroke

extended=1.1967972013333332 gal

retracted=0.897597901 gal
