I wanted to see if anyone could identify this hydraulic cylinder...as in who made it, or what it was originally installed on.

It came off my 735 loader for the bucket...but I have determined it is not original to the loader. Apparently, someone swapped the bucket and bucket hydraulic cylinders sometime in the past.

Dimensions are:

Retracted: About 38"
Extended: About 66"
Stroke: 28"
Bore: 2 1/2"
Rod diameter: 2"

Thanks for any help.

Looks like off of a Massey Ferguson loader.

I was going to say that Massey Ferguson are difficult to ID model wise let alone loaders, but were popular. Might be 32, 32A, but just a guess.
If you need to reseal, take it to a hydraulic shop or measure and ID the seals with some of the online sources.

Is it leaking? If so, a hydraulic shop should be able to identify the seal sizes for replacement seals.

It could be off anything but is a better cylinder than what comes on most farm tractor loaders that only use O-rings and back up washer seals. A seal shop could match up the seals.
