Loader Lifts but not smoothly

I recently had a lifting cylinder leaking. I had packing changed and reinstalled cylinder on tractor. The loader works but it has a jerky motion when lifting. I can also feel a jerky sensation in the steering wheel. The jerky motion in the steering was there before I changed out the lift cylinder. I am thinking of changing out transmission/hydraulic filter, clean the screen and change out the transmission/hyraulic oil. What do you think, any suggestions welcomed.

When was the last time you thoroughly greased the FEL?

Kubota calls for greasing FEL every TEN hours of use.

FEL is greased but don't usually grease after 10 hours. Extending arms are smooth and corrosion free.

Not for sure. It has been many moons for sure. From what I have seen it looks like I have to drain the transmission to check and clean the screen.

Yup. Drain the oil into a clean container so you can inspect it for debris and metallic particles. View it in the sun. Drag a magnet through the oil.
Post a pic of the oil and the screen if poss.
