Default Iseki TL 1900 - Installing tachometer cable

I recently bought a second hand ISEKI TL 1900.
The tachometer isn稚 functioning, apparently due to the fact that the cable to make the connection with the transmission is not installed .
I would like to install a new cable and try to make it work, the problem that I have is that I don稚 find the connection point for the cable to the transmission case.

Can somebody tell me where that I have to look, to find the connection point of the tachometer cable to the transmission? Or may be post me a picture?

    Thanks in advance.

I don't know about Iseki, but my machines have the tachometer cable attached to the engine, into or around the governor. It measures crankshaft speed, and the simplest place to access that is at the front of the engine.

    Thank you for your help.
I had to look up up what a governor is and now I do understand the workingprinciple, still don't know what- or where to look for on my Iseki.

At the front of the motor you only have the ventilator and alternator.

A photo would help me lot, thanks in advance.

I don't have a photo of mine, and do not know where the tachometer cable goes precisely on your machine. However, the governor is probably near the fuel pump. Follow the throttle linkage and start looking in that area. The tachometer cable looks similar to a bigger bicycle brake cable, with similar fittings.
