Iseki Landhope 150 (TU150) looking for manuals and a few questions

My uncle just bought a Iseki landhope hope 150 for the cabin. Does anyone know where we can locate a manual of sometype? We have a few questions about it. The loader seems to be acting jumpy. It work great for about three hours then seemed to slow down. Where can I check the fluid on this. All the fluid levels with dip stick are reading proper levels. There also a tube under the seat with Japanese writing on the cap, what is that for? Will probable have more as time goes by.
