I want to start this thread to have all the free manuals in one thread that we can then easily copy and paste for the many requests we get for manuals. I think this will be easier for the lookers and the knowers. If you know of where you have found free manuals please post that information here so it can be easily shared.

So I will start this off:

I found a bunch of free downloadable manuals on big tent. As I recall I had to join the Bolens Yahoo group first, wait for mod approval, then I received instructions on how to join the Big Tent Group, wait for mod approval then I finally got in, took about three to four days...

And here is some information on how you can order some manuals directly from Iseki still, even today. They do not have all manuals as one poster (Who lives inside the USA) told me he tried this method but did not get manuals. I wonder if they will send manual to outside of the USA but not inside the USA?. Maybe only to where they once had dealers?

Can you see if the Iseki ta230 is there?

On my TA550, the clutch does not dis-engage until it has been depressed for about 3-4 seconds? (just enough time to run someone over!) A workshop manual would be really helpful... Any one got any ideas please??

Any chance you're running a rotary mower (bush hog) at the time? Sounds to me as if you have a flywheel effect driving the wheels through the PTO shaft, independently of the clutch. This will happen if you have a single-stage clutch.

I live in the UK and the Iseki distributor for this region is Ransomes Jacobsen.
If you set their website to Europe you can see full user manuals for many Iseki compact tractors and mowers.

It also has full free workshop service manuals in pdf form for some models, but they are generic, so not listed against every product, just look for other
similar models

e.g. the 5470/5475 manual, which is also very similar to the Massey 1500 series, is at

Not sure how useful this will be for those outside of Europe but perhaps worth a look - certainly the Iseki Australia models look very similar.

Hi I need owner manual & service manual for Bolens G154 I understand it is same as a TX2140F and ISEKI TX1504 and in USA TX1300F any advice appreciated.

How about the manual for the Massey 1736? That's nothing but an Iseki wearing a nameplate.
