New to me tractor hasn't been started in about 10 years. glow plugs seem to be working. Blead the fuel system seems like very little fuel is coming out of injection pump blead injector lines get smoke but no fire. No fuel is coming thru the injector return lines. hooked it up to 2 big batteries it turned over nice and fast. Anyone have a disassembled injection pump drawing? I don't want things flying across the shop should I open the pump.

What color is the smoke? If it's not black I'd check compression next. If it is check the air filter. It takes quite a while for fuel to be seen coming from the injector return lines.

How far are you opening the throttle? Try opening it
over half way or more and if it does start quickly
move throttle down but if you go to idle it may
stall if its really cold outside. When I first got
my G154/TX1300F I didn't think pump was
working either. I just didn't have throttle open
far enough. Here is a video of me starting
my G154 for the first time. Watch were I had
the throttle when I first started turning engine
over and where I moved throttle to and then
it started.

Those engines do not start well in cold weather (less than 45 degrees) with out glow plug assistance. You should have a glow plug coil on your dash. Hold it on till the coil turns red, give it about 15 seconds in the red mode then crank the engine with throttle 1/2 open. Check for smoke as mentioned above.

check under the hood to make sure the (air shut off) is open mine is same way TS2205 put bigger spring on it and still check it every time I try to start it,I have to make sure it is open or it will not start, sprayed with PB blast still will not open sometimes hope this helps

Today I checked injectors and compression. Battery wasn't the strongest but was only getting 60 lbs ion one cylinder and 80 on the other. Injector spray looked good as did glow plugs. This air shutoff where is it what do I need to remove to get to it?

The TX1300 does not have an air shutoff. It just kills the fuel to the engine. Air shutoffs were used on some of the larger tractors like the TS1910 and 2200s among others. Sounds like you'll need a valve grind or re-ring.

Squirt a little oil in each cylinder. I bet the compression come up enough to start. You really need a good strong battery to get an engine to start after sitting ten years. Take a known good battery out of something to get it started.

When I got mine it had no compression in the front cylinder
and less than a 100 in the rear. After I disassembled the
engine enough to remove the pistons I found that
the rings were stuck from sitting for so long. I soaked
the pistons in kerosene for a few weeks and was able
to free up the rings enough to remove them from the pistons.
I then could clean the ring grooves and pistons. I also
deglazed the cylinder walls. The valves were not seating
very well so I lapped them in. I had to do the valve seals
and head gasket but overall getting the engine running
was not that expensive or hard to do. Fixing everything
else started to add up. Also the minimum compression
for this engine is 350lbs normal is 450 lbs.
Also I reused the rings because I didn't want
to spend to much because of the uncertainty of any
other problems. The tractor is running great now
after all the work. It starts right up every time.
