I am sure that you know this, but for those that don't Rainbow Distributors are the only Iseki authorized distributors in the United States. Yes, the others can get some of the items needed, but they don't deal directly with Iseki. I will add that some of the other dealers have fine reputations and have been in the business for a long time. So, please don't let this post stop you from contacting one of them for your parts needs.

I've only dealt with Mr. Sheaffer, and now Monarch Products. Mr. Sheaffer has always gotton back to me with answers to my questions and any parts he has.

That is what I was saying. I have noticed Leonard helping people for several years. He is one of the long established and good dealers. I in now way, meant anything bad about him or anyone else. He provides a good service and a very large amount of help to very many people.
