Both have larger frames then the 955 and weigh at least 600 lbs more.

The 955 also had small tires (more in line with the Deere 2xxx series machines) which kept the COG pretty low.

sounds like we finally have someone that could actually need the 2720...guess JD marketing does know what they're doing

The 955 is an awesome machine for sure, ive many times wanted to update mine but have a very hard time finding out which new tractor I would like. Living here in Pa with varying terrain my 955 works great, I do like the 3720 tho.
