That's great news! I am actively looking for the kit for my 60" MMM, JD wants $220 for it...hopefully one will turn up on eBay or Craigslist.

Well I do have a flail but, I bought a used 2006 7 Iron MMM and it is currently being installed at my local dealer. Unit was better looking than it looked on the pics the dealer sent me. So I am back with the MMM tem and I havve joined the Flail team too.

Does a flail mower actually work well as a finishing mower? I have never seen a flail mower and don't know much about them. They sure look aggressive! Will be looking for a rough mower next summer. Think I have spent enough this year! lol

There are some you can configure for finish mowing, but the one I have is essentially a rough cut mower.
