3x20 cab door seal

Just got my 3520 cab today

- I had bought an open station 3520 but after getting wiped out with allergies went ahead and ordered the cab. Much happier with this unit, just got done mowing half the blueberry field and no sneezing!
Anyways I did notice that the door seal on the driver side at the bottom wasn't super tight like the right door is. I will mention it to my dealer but I know there are some 3x20 cab owners on here and thought I'd ask if this is the norm or if this can be tightened.
It's dark now but I'll get some pictures up soon

Congrats on the new tractor. I thinks you will love the cab. My favorite thing about mine is being able to till dry dusty ground and be able to hop out and go to work without a shower! Anyway, I had to adjust the pin on the door jamb that the door latch catches. It now seals very tight. It's a five minute job.

My 3720 cab doors are sealed fairly tight. Hopefully it is just an adjustment issue with yours as mentioned.

Definately love it so far, a different world from the open station-
How did you adjust it, i don't see a way to other than the bolts that hold the door to the hinge?

Congrats on the new unit. No leaks on mine. I shut the door and you know it is tight by the pressure change!

kiwiroo, you can make the door close tighter by adjusting the pin that the door latch closes on. Loosen the nut and you should be able to move the pin in towards the middle of the cab. Moving the pin inward should cause the door to close tighter. Hope that helps.

You know i wish the other door had a stop so you can prop it open. I am really thinking about getting something to shove in there on the occassion where i want to prop it open.

You know...thats the ONLY complaint I have about my entire tractor...its a PITA even just using that door to vacuum out the floor...I have that door locked and I never use it other then to open it to yell out commands, LOL.. I dont think it would have added 100.00 to the cost of the tractor had they put the handle/gas cylinder to hold it open.

It may be that way so cannot drive off with the door open and break the glass at the hinge when hit a bump?? Never seen it but have heard of it happening.

Congrats!! AC in the summer and heat in the winter, it sure aint daddy's tractor!

I'll take a look at the latch and see if I can adjust it, seems like the top seal is tight enough so I don't know if adjusting it in will make it too tight on the top and hard to close. I have a call into the dealer also so I'll see what they say.
Any of you guys get the air suspension seat, does it make a big difference in bumpy terrain?
Some of the berry rows I mow have so many gopher/mole holes it beats me to death if I go faster than 2 mph
