Westendorf WL-42 Loader on a JD 4430?
Does anyone own a Westendorf loader and more specificaly a WF-42? I am thinking of putting one on my 1974 4430 with Sound Guard Cab. Does anyone have one on a 4430?
I thought the web site was very informative but was wondering if anyone out there had an experience owning one?
I like the Power -Mount that will unmount the whole loader hydraulically in less than 2 minutes. I help my brother in law and use this tractor to work ground and plant and didn't want the loader on the tractor then.
I was thinking of buying a loader tractor but after seeing this loader I can get the loader I need for loading round bales and possible accumilator without purchasing another tractor yet.
Also I have the 6 bolt front wheel hubs on the 4430 and I think I can upgrade to an 8 bolt hub and larger tires.
Also is the tractor hydraulics enough for the loader?
Any info appreciated!Thanks,

Re: Westendorf WL-42 Loader on a JD 4430?
A WL-42 is a pretty good loader for a 2WD tractor that is under 100 hp. It may be great on a 4020 while a 4430 has too much power and breaks it up.
