1985 John Deere 1050 OE Backhoe Model number?

Just wondering what the original OE 1985 Deere Backhoe model would be for this tractor... I came across something that said it could be a 1550

1550 was one of the first hoes for the 1050, it was available in a 7'9" and 11'6"

I just Bought a Used john deer 1050 and Trying to find out Exactly What Yr it was made In...I Know they made these from 1980 to 1988 but I want to know Exactly what year?? I CANT find the Tractor serial Number but DID find the Engine Serial number CH3057T091143...Model 73T90T-J aND BEHIND MY pto I found a product identification number of CH1050S012844.. These are the only THREE different set of Numbers I can Find. I need to Know Exactly What Yr its made and IF its a 4x4 Or a 4x2?? any thing you can Find out for Me would be greatly appreciated.. and On Hour Meter it only has 750 Hours??? Is this GOOD or Bad???

012844 is your serial number, I'm not at home or I'd tell ya the year.
Do you see a driveshaft going from the reared to the front?

The plate under the PTO is the Serial#.
Looks like yours is a 1984

I just bought a 1988 4x4 in good shape with 760 hours - needed all hydraulic hoses - with a 5ft MF59 Rotary Cutter for 8K.

Thanks for the info. I've learned a little more about my tractor (its really a 1988) and the JD Backhoes since the original post.
