    I may as a backup. The heater control valve can be temperamental. Thanks.

    If you install the manual shut off valve similar to photo I posted then OEM heater control valve can be as temperamental as my ex-wife & it won't matter, the hot coolant flow will be stopped before it gets to heater core!
