It sounds like market rate these days. It is amazing how much they have gone up in 3 yrs. I bought my 4720 37 months ago with tractor, loader, bucket, MX-6 mower, and a box blade for right at $30K.

I think that 85-87 percent of list price is a good deal on a deere. In my area that seems to be all we can get.

I have a similar set-up and it was a few grand more than your package. There were a few add ons I received not mentioned in your quote. Mine came with both forward/rear work lights, deluxe front grill guard (already saved my grill me several times), canopy, loaded tires, 3 welded hooks on bucket, heavy duty bucket w/scraper blade (highly recommend this unless you are moving light stuff) telescoping draft links (highly recommend), engine block heater, cruise control kit, seat armrest kit, and some service items including several gallons engine oil, hydro oil, oil and air filters, etc. extra lynch pins, etc. Make sure you get some ballast in the rear as the 400cx will lift your rear end on the heavy stuff. Enjoy your tractor!

My dealer typically orders and prices their tractors baseline including hydro, 4wd, FEL, R4's. I remember the 4120 was 24,700 and the 4720 was 27,400.

I guess I'll have to start playing the Lotto if I ever want an AC/Cab tractor...
