Default Looking at a JD 750 4wd

With a mower attachment. Its in great shape, whats a fair price.

Also it will be used occasionally for moving dirt/stone, perhaps skidding logs, clearing snow, and possibly clearing a relatively small area of brush.

The area is somewhat hilly. The steepest area drops 20 ft in 500 ft.

Is this the proper machine for this, and how difficult is it to find a FEL for it? Also, what should I expect to pay for a FEL?

Don't know If I can help but just guessing, a 750 with mower in great shape would be worth $4,000-$6,000? John Deere does not make loaders for those tractors anymore and used ones are hard to find, so you would have to look for an aftermarket loader that would fit it, like a Westendorf or Woods. Those cost $2,500-$3,500. Loaders are nice but a lot of what you want to do could be done with just 3pt attachments. Maybe someone who knows more about the 50 series JDs can give you better advice.

I've had two 750's, great little tractor and uses VERY little fuel. I sold my last one with a 5' snow blower and woods mower for $8600 on e-bay, 1500 hours.
