Hey, does anyone know is the cab on the 4x20 series bigger than the cab on the 3x20 series?

(I have a 3720 and am still thinking about trading up to a 4720). I know the tractor is bigger, but is the interior cab dimensions bigger? Does any know the dimensions of the cab (interior) on the 4x20 series?

I'm 99.9999% sure the cab is exactly the same on the 3x20 and 4x20....

So the answer to your question is they are absouletly the same.

The cabs are identical. Had a 3720 and now 4520 with cabs. No difference in space, layout etc.

Cab space may be same or close to the same - but understand that they are two VERY different tractors (in case you don't already know). The 4X20 series is a LOT of tractor and if you look at one next to a 3X20 and compare for yourself, you'll see what I mean. Not picking on the 3X20 series - they are nice little tractors that definitely have their niche. Just wanted to point out that they are two different animals because many don't realize the differences.

Yes, you are correct. I have a 3720cab and a 2305 now (Had a 3320 open also).

I'm tempted to upgrade now since I can get 0% for 60 months. :) :)

On stance alone, the 4720 with R3's (what I run) is up to 20" wider than the 3720 (In my case not that wide since I've extended mine a foot (two 6" wheel extenders).

The things I'd like would be the wider stance, more lift capacity, and the auto-leveler.

I'd miss my front mount blower though but there are alternatives for that.

Having 66hp would be a big boost over 44 also. Not that I need it but it's always nice.

Yep - these are some of the reasons I went with the 4000 series. By the way - the 0% is for 36 months, not 60. Here are the current finance offers:
0.0% fixed-rate financing for 36 months
2.9% fixed-rate financing for 48 months
3.9% fixed-rate financing for 60 months
4.9% fixed-rate financing for 72 months

I went with the 0% 'cause it's free money.....

The 0% for 60 is only at select dealers. My dealer has it until Oct 31st. I'm not sure if it'll be extended.

I can trade up my 2007 3720 Cab/300cx (Loaded, diverter valves, mid PTO, 72" Deck, 59" sb) with maybe 220hrs on it for a 4720 like equipped except for the blower and mower for around 20K (+ what I owe on the 3720, around 10K (I took 0% for 36 at that time)[Note that I got other stuff when I got the tractor also]. I'm just not sure I'm want to get into another 60 months of payments vs 9 or 10 I have left. (Payments would be much, much less btw, but longer).

I'm still in limbo. To go bigger green or not to. :)

Great deal if you can get that financing. Sounds like you've put some thought into this..... GO FOR IT MAN!

The 4X20 series tractors are truly awesome - LOVE my 4120...

The 4X20 series is a LOT of tractor and if you look at one next to a 3X20 and compare for yourself, you'll see what I mean.

Indeed, the 4x20s have massive power for their size and can be used for commercial tasks that previously required larger machines. A 66hp 4720 is more powerful than many larger machines and can use heavy commercial implements that used to be off-limits to compact tractors.

The downside is cost though, 4x20's are not cheap and quite thirsty. You can get a larger tractor for less.
