I am planning to buy a 4310 w/backhoe, FEL and snowthrower. I would be in a good position to buy around December. I know that the "Big 3" promotions and "game of tag" are going on now, but I would think I could still get a deal that is just as good or better in the winter when sales are presumably slower.
This happens with houses and cars. Am I wrong to assume the same with Tractors? On the other hand, the promotions are going on now and my local dealer is changing location and getting a much larger facility at the end of this summer. Because of his large capital expenditure, I am worried that come winter he may be less willing to cut deals. Anyone have any insight as to the best time to buy, factoring in what I mentioned as well as the current economy? Thanks All,
J
