Tractor
None right now...
Local dealer has a JD 1050 4wd with loader for sale, not sure of hours, tach wasn't working.

Seemed like it was in good shape, did have some loose steering from driving it round the lot.
It did have a hydraulic top link and arms, thought that was interesting.

One thing was the loader was slow to lift,is this normal?

Any info would be appreciated.

A moot point now as it sold but I agree, there was something wrong with it.
If it had been okay,I think we would have bought it.

Bear in mind that some of the older tractors may require some fix ups but can be a good deal too if you are handy. Something to consider while you are shopping.

the 1050 came stock with the 8mm pump which is pricey even if you can find one.. It should've been fast, what did it sell for?

I am not sure, probably got what they were asking as they don't haggle too much.
I DID see the tractor back there again AFTER it had sold,I am guessing getting work done.

I have a used 1050 no loader. Recently serviced. New brakes. Everything works.
Send me an email. I am in SC. Had tractor since 1992. I am trying to sell it now.
