Price Check Price Check on an '08 4720 with 1150 hrs, $20,500

Thanks in advance for any replies,

I am considering a 2008 4720 with 1150 hrs, 4X4 hydro, open station, 400cx ldr, bucket, 3 services on the back and hydraulic top link.

This machine was used by a landscaping company where it's main job was to put in lawns, run a rake , etc. The R4 tires look to be about 50% (anyone know what a new set of R4's will cost?). I spoke with the owner and he says it was professionally maintained with service records and fluid analysis samples to prove it.

Price just reduced to $20,500. How does this sound to you all? Will be checking it out tomorrow.

Recomend building one on JD's website with similar options, keeping in mind that hyd options got more expensive after 2011. But this does not sound horrible, but you should also check Tractorhouse and machinefinder you most certainly find some comparisons.
