New JD 5055E and XUV 625i
All,
Just got the quote for my new iron (replacing my narrow front 1952 Allis Chalmers Model CA). Quote was for a JD 5055E MFWD with canopy and 16.9-28 inch rear tires. Options include dual mid-valves, heavy duty air intake pre-heater, rear work light and grill guard. Also includes a 60 inch 553 FEL and Frontier AP12F Fixed pallet 42" forks. Dealer is throwing in a Frontier RC2060 Lift Type Rotary Cutter for free with tractor purchase. Also buying a JD XUV 625i with power dump bed and power and front end protection package. All these items for $39K total. Wanted to get some thoughts on the cost quote for a new member.
Regards,
Roostercreek

Welcome to TBN roostercreek,
I suggest you go to the deere.com website and use the build your own section to get the MSRP price and compare that to your price. While it does vary some with different locales I would expect about 15 to 18% off msrp.

I don't know how much the forks go for but the rest of the tractor package is familiar. Considering that MSRP on the base 625i is over $10,000 I think you are doing all right.

Re: New JD 5055E and XUV 625i
I don't know if this will help you with pricing, but I just bought a 5055E that was a rental return. It's a 2012 model year built in 2011. It had 30 hrs on the clock. 16.9-28 inch rear tires, dual mid-valves, heavy duty air intake pre-heater, and grill guard/ brush guard. Also includes a 553 FEL, I had them convert the QA to a skid steer type as I have several SS buckets. They also supplied me with a 6 ft Woods bucket. The rental returns are treated like new tractors, w/ 0% financing, full warranty. Price was $25K

Notforhire,
That seems like a great price for only 30 hours on the tractor. I even checked prices in the baltimore area and they are higher.
