Anybody with an E series got any opinions on this? I'm going to buy a 5093e open station and was just wondering what was the best loader to match to the tractor. Dealer says 553 would be better but I think thats because that is what he has on hand. If they still made the 563 I think that's for sure what I would've gotten.

I believe the H260 is the more capable of the 2 loaders. And, more expensive as well... What are you planning to do with the tractor and loader? Depending upon how you plan to work the tractor, another 6-700lbs of lift capacity might not be that important with a loader (553) that's rated around 2,800lbs.

The main things I'll be doing are grapple work and hauling dead birds to the composter and covering them up. I would also like to be able to load litter and/or finished compost into my spreader truck. At times i will also be pushing litter up in a big pile inside the chicken houses to make loading with the bobcat easier. Little to no hay moving.
The H260 would cost another 1,000 more. It has several very nice features though. But I'm concerned the 260 might look funny on the 5093e as I'll have 19.5-24 tires on back to give me more clearance in the houses.

Hey AKfish went ahead and pulled the trigger on the 553. Should have it and the tractor next week!
