I am looking at a 2004 JD 2210, it has 800 hrs, 210 FEL, comes with 54 belly mower, 47 in PTO driven JD snow blower with hydraulic chute, tire chains and 5ft landscape rake. One owner who took great care of it, they are asking 12,000.00 Does this sound like a good price?

The answer to that will depend on what part of the country the person responding lives. In my area, that is about $2k too much with that many hours.

Funny, I have a 2004 JD 2210 with just over 800 hours... hmmm, don't recall advertising it. :) I would say the price is whatever you and the owner agree on. Hard to say, I thought these were going for about 10k. I have the 210 FEL, 62c deck, roto tiller, and rear blade and Imatch.
My particular 2210 is currently running as good as new. In the 10 years I've owned it I doubt I've spent more than $200.oo in repairs, that includes a new battery, main spider bearings, and front axle seal. Tires are showing a bit of use though. I have no choice, greedy stinking bastard I work for doesn't want to pay a decent wage so I guess I'll have to keep it running another 20 years.

$10,000 sounds realistic to me.
