Well the tractor is here waiting on the loader there are also a couple things the shop needs to do install rear work lights, air seat, rear windshield wiper and the sirus satallite radio, I would have thought all this would had been done at factory due to the fact that is the way it was ordered <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/files/john-deere-buying-pricing/425824-john-deere-3033r-forumrunner_20150521_142607-png"/>

Congrats, very nice tractor!

Thanks, to give an update I am still waiting on the H 165 loader but just an FYI to anyone buying the satellite radio it is kinda deceiving it is "satellite ready" you still have to purchase the tuner to activate which I purchased on Amazon rite around 40 I also upgraded the antenna to a tram which mounts to mirror which my dealer will install and mount.

I wonder if he is related to the Eason's that live near oxford? I have never bought anything new from them, but i do like most of the guys in the shop and parts department.

Hi there. I am considering buying the same tractor with cab. Are you happy with it? Any issues? Also, you paid $33,200 with cab and loader? Any other suggestions you can give would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes I paid 33200.00 that was before my trade, I opted for the air ride seat front and rear work lights, rear wiper kit H 165 loader with the cutting edge drilled for replacement edge and satellite radio, here in maryland the summer can be brutal mid 90 degrees with high humidity the A/C is awesome the air ride seat is nice and my back thanks me for it I have had it for little over a month with 100 hours on it so far it has been in shop once for a linkage cable replacement for the bucket control which was under warranty so far I am really happy with it, it was an adjustment going from an open station to a cab and it does feel a little tippy but I have got use to it depending on what you plan to do with it will dictate what I would recommend.

Thanks for your reply. I'm in CT so A/C isn't as important to me as heat. I have 1000 ft driveway that I would be clearing with the 59" snowblower. I have a zero turn for the lawn. So it'll be most loader, tilling a garden plot once a year (60" tiller) and snow work. Does it bog down on you at all? I have a 2320 now so this will be a big jump and don't want to spend the extra $$ to go to the 3039r if this will suit my needs. Thanks again

DanM128,

I have a '10 3320 cab which is basically the 3033R with black chassis paint and fewer emission controls. I have a 59" blower and a 1100 foot driveway up in NH on a former ski mountain, we get a truck load of snow here and it goes as fast as the blower will throw it. The limitation of the ground speed with the 59 isn't the HP of the tractor, anything over 20HP would run it fine it's the fan stage is undersized for the width, also it has only 3 blades on the fan. Deere should look at adding 2 or 3 more fan blades and making the drum 2 or 3 inches deeper now that the smallest tractor that it fits on is the 3000 series.

If your debating tire choices, get the R3 turfs, they work really good with the loader and blower. You do need AC in the cab, even in NH that cab is like a green house if it's warmer than 70 out. On the other end of the spectrum, the heat is great when it's -15 and the wind is whipping the snow around. Get the air ride seat as well as the horn and backup alarm if you have people in the area you operate in, you can signal them easier with the horn and the backup alarm get's them to look. (I have found the dogs know what to do as well when either sounds, they picked up on that quicker then the kids did, kinda sad if you ask me)

Any questions, just ask,

Tom
