F525 issues

I have a F525 mower with some issues, presently the mower starts fine if the parking brake is set, if I disengage the parking brake the enging shuts down. I've replaced the switch at the base of the parking brake. any ideas?

Check your seat switch, sounds like it has failed

I wish it was that easy, I checked that first. I have a jumper wire in it now.
