Just curious, do those front mudflaps ever rub, get in the way, or get caught on anything?

Flaps are part of the SE edition, dealer told me they help to keep some grass off of mower deck. There really not functional, more for looks.
To answer the question, the flap brackets are in the way to get at grease fittings but other than that no problems.

I think he was referring to the channel iron uprights.
I like the cab and loader setup for moving snow and I bet that is a real handy thing to own for winter in your locale. I use a 5' rearblade with my x749 and it does a decent job with a 12" snow fall.
Wish Deere had a quick and easy way to add and remove a winter cab on these machines. If they did I would have one for winter use. Most of the year I wouldn't want any of the cab remnants in the way.
That is a nice setup you have with the cab and 45 loader.:thumbsup:
