has anyone tried this site??

I have entered my equipment - this took about 45 minutes for 3 items. All i have to say is that this site has some issues. Every time i try to update something or click on a link it takes me to the SIGN IN page.

anyone else having issues?

I tried it in FireFox and CHROME

UGH!?!?!?!

It has always worked very well for me. I can see my dealer's inventory and even check inventories of other dealers. I can order parts and have them delivered or held at the dealer's parts desk. I'm not sure what is causing your problems, but I've always used Internet Explorer. I've never attempted to login using Foxfire or Chrome.

I was just on about an hour ago.
It was really slow for me too. I'm guessing it's a site issue.
Normally the site is very quick. IE,FireFox,doesn't matter what I use.

I just tried to find an electrical component and all JD seems to have available for my mod. no. is a light bulb and an ignition switch. I swear I've seen more that can fail electrically on that lawn tractor a day after the warranty ends.

You will only see what is in stock at your dealer, not what JD has available.

Having jdparts available to the public is a fantastic service. Wish other companies would do the same for their customers.
